Risks make unnecessary vaccination statutory crime
A professor known for his relentless bashing of homeopathic and complementary medicine has recently made another useless jab in apparent favor of allopathic (non homeopathic) immunization against diseases that other authorities say are not only unnecessary, but criminal.
Edzard Ernst, Professor of Complementary Medcine at the Unviesity of Exeter in Great Britain says, “A US team has just published the largest ever study of CAM providers’ attitudes towards vaccination [1]. They found that children receiving care from naturopathic physicians or chiropractors, during their first two years of life, were significantly less likely than their counterparts to receive the recommended immunizations against measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox or Haemophilus influenzae type b. Later in life, such children were more likely to suffer from a vaccine-preventable disease.”
The soemhwat lukewarm statement appeared after Ernst was challenged here to provide one study that proves homeopathy is a placebo.
So far no study, test or trial has materialized.
Of course, when they support allopathy, the old criminal’s references are supposed to be free of any of the criticism he levels on the studies that support homeopathy, but as usual, the study Ernst refers to is unavailable at this time online.
However, Kaviraj dug something up on the Child Health Safety blog here on WordPress that throws a wet blanket on Ernst’s sneering report: Ernst’s vaccinations are unnecessary, ineffective, and criminal!
“The measles mortality graphs . . contradict the claims of Government health officials that vaccines have saved millions of lives. It is an unscientific claim which the data show is untrue. Here you will also learn why vaccinations like mumps and rubella for children are medically unethical and can expose medical professionals to liability for criminal proceedings and civil damages for administering them.

Criminal proceedings? Against allopathic doctors? For mumps andmeasle needle jabs?
Yes!
The problem faced by modern medicine is a serious double-bind. Homeopathy does not have the financial incentives behind it that allopathy does, but allopathy, because of this very same thing, has become criminalized. I am not using that term vaguely, either. They’ve been convicted in the US under the RICO organized crime act. The pharmacetuical industry is a criminal enterprises that has been convicted of mass murder in a catch and release program by the U.S. government.
In the UK, providing treatment to a patient that is not clinically needed, and misleading patients as to the clinical need for a treatment so as to vitiate their consent, can mean the administration of the treatment is a criminal offence: Appleton v Garrett (1995) 34 BMLR 23.
According to The British Medical Association (‘BMA’) and The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB) mumps vaccination is clinically inappropriate:-
“Since mumps and its complications are very rarely serious there is little indication for the routine use of mumps vaccine”: British National Formulary (‘BNF’) 1985 and 1986 Freedom of Information documents show the UK’s Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation and Ministry of Defence agreed as early as 1974 that:-
“there was no need to introduce routine vaccination against mumps” because complications from the disease were rare” JCVI minutes 11 Dec 1974.Doctors and nurses who fail to tell parents mumps vaccine in MMR is clinically unnecessary, of the exact risks of adverse reactions and then give the vaccine, appear to be behaving unethically, potentially in contravention of the criminal law and liable to civil proceedings for damages. They are also unable to explain the exact risks because data on adverse reactions are not being collected properly or at all, and there is evidence showing adverse reaction data are suppressed.
“A consequence is that giving MMR vaccine to children cannot be justified on clinical or ethical grounds. And as there is insufficient clinical benefit to children to introduce mass mumps vaccination, it cannot be justified as a general public health measure.”
The same reason that makes allopathy a criminal enterprise is the same reasons it is allowed to survive, which is because it is such a huge money making business, and that is because it is a monopoly of fear.
Homeopathy threatens that monopoly of fear with a truly doctored centered regime that makes use of a relatively simple, effective and safe medicine that can treat anyone with any disease.
The moment they admit the pre-clinicals for homeopathy, the tests that show the action of homeopathic remedies on non human subjects like plants and animals, allopathy not only loses it grip on the public throat, it doesn’t just fall to the place where it belongs, as a third rate medical treatment, its practitioners are in danger of being criminalized for using it. In the light of superior homeoapthic medicine it becomes clear that oppositional medicine is a dangerous treatment. It continues as a legal treatment because without an apparent alternative, allopathy appears necessary and vital to human health.
Ask for homeopathic treatment to prevent cancer and diabetes.
Try homeopathy, it works.
Yet another thoughtful and scientific Homeopath, Mary English decided to take a small piece of the shipwreck, Ainsworth’s made up a 30c batch for her, her web page here.
Naufragium Helvetia – The Shipwreck
A remedy made from a bit of wood taken from a shipwreck.
It was created by Mary English after she decided that a remedy made from a bit of wood taken from the Helvetia shipwreck would surely cure something.
After giving the remedy to her “blinded” volunteers, Mary documented the symptoms reported. From this information, Mary ended up with a list of complaints that the remedy can be used to cure. So, what symptoms did the volunteers report? Well, 4 out of the 7 volunteers had problems with their commute. Yes, their commute to work. “I was late, because I kept getting blocked by impassable vehicles; diggers etc.”, “traffic a nightmare, total gridlock – turned round and came home.”, “got the wrong branch of the Northern line!!!”, “Trains broke down, buses broke down, traffic congestion”. So, the homeopathic “scientific method” (wow, even their scientific method is so dilute that there isn’t any science left in it) has shown that giving this particular sugar pill to a person will affect that persons commute to work! Taking a pill at say, 7 a.m., will affect the world around you, causing traffic jams and train breakdowns. That is truly awesome! Name me one conventional Big Pharma pill that will do that. I’m sure you’ll agree that as 4 out of 7 volunteers had problems with their commutes to work, then this is sufficient evidence to prove that the problems were caused by the shipwreck homeopathic remedy. So what does Mary deduce from these symptoms? Yep, you’ve guessed it – it can cure blockages. Or “a sense of stuckness”. Indeed, Mary struggled getting the results of her proving out because she was stuck. What further evidence do you need?

Oh the comedy of it all, once again behind the bluster of our two “friends”
The science that is Homeopathy.
“As we all know, homeopaths use water to prepare remedies. Er… well, I mean that they sell remedies consisting solely of water. Hmmmm… Let me explain: they also use water as a “mother tincture”, then dilute it (yes, in more water), “dynamize” it and so on.
Very good examples of such remedies are the “Dynamized Water from Seas, Rivers and Oceans” remedies sold by “Londner’s Vibrational Essences” of Argentina. The website states:
“Dynamization of natural waters produces essences of high energetic potential. Dr. Rossomando has selected those Seas, Oceans and Rivers that by their signature represent the chakras of the Earth.”
See? They talk about the chakras, so it must be something very scientific. In fact, the website is very sciency and also states that:
“Due to their biosaline components and similarity to blood plasma, these waters have not only a harmonizing effect on negative mental and emotional states, but also beneficial effects on cells and tissues. At cellular level, they help the body eliminate toxins and provide essential nutrients in micro doses. Being prepared in small doses, their action is deep and stable on all biopsychoenergetic levels.”
As we say in Spanish, “con un par”.
A PDF file entitled “AMOR” (“love” in Spanish) documents the remedies. AMOR is not a statement that they hold us in their highest regard – in fact, judging by the contents of the PDF it rather seems that they take us for complete idiots. AMOR is an acronym comprising the initials of Aguas de Mares, Océanos y Ríos (Water from Seas, Oceans and Rivers). With this piece of work we are dealing with a masterpiece of humour:
“Water is the best vehicle that stores, memorizes and dynamizes, in a stable and lasting form, vibrations received from the environment in which it is. Given that AMOR Essences are made with water from natural sources, we have paid special attention to the geological areas and ecosystems of which they form part.”
So… how have they paid attention to these geological areas? Well, in a very homeopathic way, of course. For example, the document explains that the Arctic Ocean waters are particularly suitable:
“For those people who are in a desertic stage of their lives. Feeling of emptiness, loss of life sense. It’s roots are in lack of affection and warmth, in childhood, with feelings of abandonment.”
And Antarctica, described as “The Root Chakra of the Earth” (which, whatever that means, sounds very impressive):
“Helps break frozen patterns in family constellations. Cool tempers. Difficulty of speech. Stormy mood. Night terrors. Desertic times.”
And what are they trying to say about the Indian Ocean?
“Lack of goals. Apathy. Lack of security. Depressions. Bipolar personalities.”
The examples become even more hilarious.
According to the priceless document, for the Atlantic Ocean remedy:
“The huge Mid-Atlantic Ridge, which runs from Iceland to near Antarctica, resembles a stylized ‘S’, like a VERTEBRAL column. This signature affects its ability to improve the energy flow of the spine.” [Capitals, as the rest of the nonsense, are in the original].
Now we all know that the Mediterranean has been the cradle of many civilizations, trade route since the rise commerce, and inspiration for all kinds of artists, right? And the authors of the document know that too:
“Let us discover the healthy and enriching contrasts that life offers us, leaving the routine and boredom. Psychophysical balance recovery after CHANGES. Reparation of stress-motivated wear. Abundance and development of economic sense. Ability to concentrate and work. Helps develop artistic skills and creativity in very rational and calculating persons.”
On to the Black Sea, a sea that they describe as being “invaded by the waters of the Mediterranean, then was again isolated” and its history being “intimately connected with the Universal Flood.” So it serves to treat… yes, you’ve guessed it:
“Some emotional characteristics covered by this essence are the feeling that what used to be is not the same now. Also search states, disorientation, states in which there is an enormous breakthrough of emotions, feeling of being drowned and high anxiety. It helps in disasters, extreme situations and post-traumatic depression. To perceive the changes before being surprised by the unforeseen.”
For the Red Sea:
“Let’s face the difficulties and walk through them. Development of faith and perseverance.”
How about the legend of the Amazons, who gave their name to the Amazon River? Those waters are used to treat:
“Women overly masculine, conflict with authority. Tendency to oppress the children and “castrate” them emotionally. Homosexuality related conflicts.”
I’ll leave the rest for you to read, if you have the stomach and, above all, strong enough bladder. I surrendered long before reaching the bit that says that:
“In all cases, water was brought specially here, which was subjected to a process that includes, in addition to the dynamization, preparing it at a special time of the moon cycle, in combination with the application of harmonic sound frequencies and in hexagonal crystal fountains.”

Provings are one side of the scientific base upon which homeopathy is built. A substance that produces symptoms in healthy individuals will cure those same symptoms when given to people who are sick with them. When it is given in a highly diluted and “potentised” form, it will work without any toxic side effects.
“Venus Stella Errans”. This is written primarily for professional homeopaths and those with an understanding of homeopathy, though I hope it is accessible and stimulating for all.
The remedy was made from the focussed light of the planet Venus. It was given to a number of people, without them knowing what it was, who recorded the symptoms they then experienced.
Whilst I don’t think that the symptoms that can be cured by this remedy will be ones caused by exposure to the light of Venus, it is possible that individuals who have these symptoms are sensitive or susceptible to it. It is one of the many interesting aspects of this proving. We already know people can be affected by the Sun and Moon. A further possibility is that venus may be significant in their astrological birth chart, or maybe the position of venus at the time of making the remedy relates to the chart. Until I have completed the gathering and organising of the provers symptoms, and some sense of the remedy “picture” has emerged, I am resisting the temptation to even look up where Venus was astrologically at the time of making the remedy.

MIND
0 Tingling around body as though edges of body are blurred, a feeling of space 0 Very much in my body at the same time as feeling floaty and aware of the universe around me. Drifting as though very tired yet also able to focus 0 Relaxed, meditative state. Heightened awareness, expansive feelings as though would go out forwards from body 0 Desire to put fingers over eyes, pressed in, very black. Later desired to go into blackness again. Felt scared at first, then safe 0 Desire to put fingertips under orbits of eyes 0 Cupping whole face with hands, bringing energy in 0 Feelings intangible, some ritual of light and dark 0 Image of a goddess, outline shape. ? pale blue, still and strong and clear? 0 Feel more energised after a rush of energy, although still tired, like after meditation 0 Posture feels embracing, rounder 0 Disorientated. Know I’ve written something down but can’t find it. Doubt. Then I find it. Certainty then doubt. Spacey feeling 0 Difficult to switch from one thing to another
So, the photons that took thousands of years to get out of the Sun, then bounced off Venus to get into the telescope eyepiece can then be used to cure an acute case of “post-operative exhaustion and spaced outness” and a chronic case of “inertia and unfocussed thinking”
Come on you guys, is this really what your trying to defend, behind your bluster and throwing of insults, from the science of Homeopathy, we have the light of venus.

There is nothing scientific about homeopathic provings. If you specifically set out to design a protocol that was most likely to introduce confirmation bias and give false positive results, you’d end up with something that looked very much like the homeopathic proving process.
Still, I suppose it allows you to continue pretending to science without actually being scientific or addressing the lack of any credible evidential basis for the core tenets of homeopathy, so whatever floats your boat I guess.

A 1915 publication (reprinted in several American homeopathic journals) by Professor Fritz Conrad Askenstedt of the Southwestern Homoeopathic Medical College in Louisville. From April 1, 1899, the city hospital had an agreement with the College that one out of every six patients admitted to the hospital should be treated by the homeopaths of the College. Food and nursing (and presumably the anaesthetics during operations) were exactly the same for all patients, only the medication being different for the homeopathically treated patients. It turned out that the death rates of the ‘allopaths’ and the homeopaths were statistically indistinguishable. Neither was there a difference when the deaths were split according to the kind of disease (lung, heart, intestines, kidney, infectious disease, surgery, etc.). The explanation was of course that, at the time, regular medicine was pretty powerless. In a 1922 paper that compared homeopathy and regular medicine, the following regular medicines for pneumonia were listed: atropine, caffeine, camphor oil, digitalis, morphine, strychnine, whiskey, etc. None of them effective.
Regular medicine improved only slowly. Donner wrote to Unseld that he and his friends in Stuttgart had tried to establish the effect of homeopathy on pneumonia in 1930. At that time he observed a death rate of 55% (7 out of 13), which he thought to be unacceptably high compared to regular medicine, especially because they did not treat the more serious cases, but only patients who were perfectly healthy before the onset of pneumonia, and not, for example, old and weak people who could no longer afford to pay health insurance.

Vaccine Research & The Nuremberg Code.
Vaccine research is at present conducted as an experimental process, since not a single vaccine has ever been tested on any humans, before it is put on the market. We shall in this essay have a look at the ramifications for such experimentation and the duties of the Pharmaceutical industry and/or private and public bodies, conducting such experimentation. We shall also look at the consequences of said experimentation in the light of what is allowed under the Nuremberg Code and the liabilities involved for such Pharmaceutical companies and/or private and public bodies, engaged in such research.
We shall investigate moreover if national laws can override the Nuremberg Code and if nations and/or private and public bodies doing so, are not in violation of the Code. The Code is very clear as to which experiments are allowed and under which circumstances and conditions they can be conducted. In this investigations we shall look specifically at those instances, where the Code has been or is violated by any private or public body or company and for which reasons, both from the perspective of the Code and the motives of the experimenters.
In order to have a clear understanding of the complexity involved in such investigations, we shall first look at the different statutes of the Code and subsequently compare them to the actual practise of the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or private and public bodies. We seek to demonstrate that this actual practise is in violation of the code and provide the reasons. We shall demonstrate this with the sole purpose of providing victims of this vaccine research with the legal means to both fight for abolishment of this research and for the possibility of obtaining compensation for them.
In this process it may come to pass that the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or private and public bodies as a whole may lose both their licence to manufacture vaccines and/or conduct experiments on any part or whole of the population and the capacity to operate at all, simply because of the size of a class-action lawsuit. Civil law has been violated and this will result in millions of victims seeking compensation. The exposure of its actions as being in violation of the Nuremberg Code may also result in stiff prison terms for both the scientists engaged in the research as well as the directors and CEOs of said companies and/or private and public bodies, simply because they have also violated criminal law.
We shall demonstrate that the criteria for EBM or evidence-based medicine are flouted and that these illegal experiments do not help in any way in curbing the occurrence of epidemic diseases they are supposed to prevent. Thus the criteria for scientific research have equally been violated and all consequent and subsequent conclusions are invalid and the sale of the resulting products amount to an illegal act. In the process, we shall also look at the evidence presented for other medicines and drugs, to establish the pattern of lies and deceit employed by the Pharmaceutical industry and/or private and public bodies. This exposure may finally put the last nail in the coffin of Big Pharma.
1. Directives for Human Experimentation
A. NUREMBERG CODE
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonable to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
Not only the Nuremberg Code is applicable to this conundrum of Vaccine Research. The parties involved also violate the Declaration of Helsinki, which was adopted by the World Medical Association.
